Best sweet and spicy salmon ive ever had in my life 10/10. Plate was about 26-28 but it was worth it two for pieces of salmon
Oxtails and Jerk Chicken always on point! I love the rice, cabbage and plantains! Easily one of the best Jamaican foods in Macon. All my family from out of town say they can't find somewhere as good in their local city. The portion size makes sense to me! The Large allows for at least 2 meals out of it unless hungry. It's not a sit down restaurant. It's a grab and go sit in your house situation! You can easily drop 25 for a meal though!
I went here for lunch and got the oxtail, Caribbean style rice, and collard greens. It was great. Definitely have a new go to spot in Macon
This is THE PLACE to come for good, quality and tasty Jamaican food! Most jamaican restaurants are not authentic and skim on the food. This place has beeen amazing since I first went in 2016ish lol I usually get the oxtail but I said let me try something different and got the goat roti. Chef's kiss!! I liked it better than the oxtail! The rasta pasta was great! The mac and cheese was great! It's not soul food mac and cheese, definitely a twist but still good! Plenty of options for drinka and desserts. If you're in Macon, this is a must stop! The pics were after we ate a little lol
Saw a friend of mine of Facebook eating jerk pork and pasta. I decided to go here for it... and I wasn’t disappointed! I asked questions and they answered it. Even offered me other beats with no spice! Definitely will be returning back!
OH MY GOD. Those are the first words that came out of my boyfriend’s mouth after he started eating—and not just once. He kept hollering it over and over, so naturally, I panicked. “What’s wrong?!” I asked. I thought something had gone sideways. Turns out, nothing was wrong... except he couldn’t handle how good the food was. For context, my boyfriend is ex-military, has traveled the world, eaten at some of the best spots across multiple countries and the U.S., and this man erupted over food that sat in a container for an HOUR while we drove home. Yes, this food is THAT good—it literally left him speechless (well, aside from yelling “OH MY GOD”). This is the best Caribbean food we’ve ever had, hands down. Every bite transported us to another level of happiness. If this food had that effect on a well traveled, no-nonsense veteran, imagine what it can do for you. Run, don’t walk, to this place. And if you hear someone shouting “OH MY GOD” in the distance, it’s probably another happy customer losing their mind over how good this food is. [Update] We went back a few days later and ordereded pretty much the same things... OxTail, Mac & Cheese, Greens, beef patties; and the food remains consistent. Soooo good!
